Kokoplay Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the relationship between Kokoplay (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any natural person who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service offered through the website located at kokoplay.cam (hereinafter "the Website" or "the Platform").

By creating a Kokoplay account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form an integral part of the overall legal framework governing your use of Kokoplay.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal online account created by a User on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), comprising real money and/or bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposit amounts, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account under a promotion, subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which Users must provide acceptable documentary evidence of identity, age, and address prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Platform" / "Website" means the online gaming, sports betting, and casino service operated by Kokoplay and accessible at kokoplay.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by a User via an accepted payment method (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, or 7-Eleven Cliqq) and held in the User's Account, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, live casino, lottery, arcade, esports betting, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses the Services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).

Access to and use of the Kokoplay Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Kokoplay operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino-style gaming activities.

• Not a Kokoplay Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, or close relatives of any person employed or contracted by Kokoplay are not permitted to hold a Player account or access the Services for real-money play.

To access real-money Services on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process, which requires the submission of the following information: a valid email address, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your identity document, your date of birth, and your preferred currency (MYR).

Upon submission of your registration application, you will receive a verification email to the address provided. You must confirm your email address before your Account is activated. Kokoplay reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must not permit any third party to access or use your Account. Kokoplay accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

In accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling requirements, Kokoplay is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. Identity verification (KYC) may also be triggered by significant deposit activity or at the Platform's discretion at any time.

To complete KYC, Users will be required to submit one or more of the following documents, in clear, legible digital format:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation showing ownership of the e-wallet account or bank account used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet profile screenshot, bank statement header).

Kokoplay will process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days under normal circumstances. During this period, withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requesting additional documentation.

Kokoplay accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Bank Connect, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and 7-Eleven Cliqq cash payment terminals.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may be varied from time to time at the Platform's discretion.
• Kokoplay does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which Kokoplay accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation on the blockchain.
• Kokoplay reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method if, for any reason, the Platform is unable to accept the funds in accordance with its policies.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• KYC Prerequisite: Identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. This requirement applies to all Users without exception.
• Wagering Clearance: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the portion of a balance attributable to Bonus Funds (or winnings derived therefrom) is eligible for withdrawal. Real money balances not subject to bonus conditions may be withdrawn independently, subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies per payment method and is displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
• Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit. Kokoplay may require additional verification before approving a withdrawal to an alternative payment method.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 20–60 minutes.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are disclosed within the Withdrawal section. VIP tier upgrades may unlock higher withdrawal limits.
• Right to Decline: Kokoplay reserves the right to delay, investigate, or decline any withdrawal request that triggers compliance checks, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or is not in accordance with these Terms.

From time to time, Kokoplay offers bonus promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins equivalents, VIP rewards, and referral incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, which must be read in full before claiming. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 35x). The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
• Maximum Bet: When using active bonus funds, a maximum bet cap applies per round or wager (typically MYR 250–MYR 500). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while using bonus funds will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified per offer). Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses that expire will be removed from your Account automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: Kokoplay reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any activity the Platform reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.

All games and betting markets available on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible within each game's help or information section. In the event of any discrepancy between those in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for matters specific to gameplay mechanics.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all Services:

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final once confirmed. Kokoplay does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers, except where provided for under specific game rules (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, bets in progress will be settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection to the extent determinable from server records. Where the outcome cannot be reliably determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (including accounts in the name of third parties) to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions — Users who discover such errors must report them to support immediately and must not exploit them.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated arbitrage betting strategies.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargebacks through your payment provider after wagering deposited funds on the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform or its administrative systems without authorisation.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any customer support interaction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from Kokoplay.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of Kokoplay's intellectual property rights and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Kokoplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Kokoplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Kokoplay makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. The Platform may from time to time be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Kokoplay accepts no liability for any loss arising from such unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Kokoplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform, unless a specific effective date is stated.

Where a material amendment is made to these Terms, Kokoplay will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and Kokoplay, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team aims to address all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the formal dispute resolution procedures outlined in the support documentation available within your Account dashboard.
